IoT is the future - The importance of Change Management
As shown in many context, I am very much committed to my work and am willing to put the effort to create change in my work. Last year, I was assigned a role as the Change Management lead to digital transformation. While the company is trying hard to make fellow colleagues to buy-in technology-enhanced work environment, a several of IoT solutions for work are ready to go.
Similar to many organisations, my company is also suffering from aging workforce. Making them to put IoT in use is really a thing. Educating them to use the service properly could be one crucial step to a successful change. Therefore, in my final assignment, I will be using a tool to make them first understand the concept of IoT and how can IoT be applied to their future job and then making them know how to use the platform they will be introduced.
